Is the website really £0 to set up?
Yes. There is no separate setup or build fee for these standard packages. The monthly charge pays for your hosting and technical upkeep, with a 12-month initial term. Starter is £19.99/month (£239.88 over 12 months); Business is £49.99/month (£599.88 over 12 months). Domain registration, email and optional extras are separate, and agreed before purchase.
Do I pay when I submit this form?
No. This is a request for the package, not a purchase. We check your requirements, confirm the scope and explain the start date and payment arrangements before you commit. We will never ask you to put card details in this form.
What does the Starter website include?
One scrolling page with up to six content sections, such as your introduction, about, services, work, testimonials you supply and contact. We customise a proven layout to your branding, arrange the content you provide and include one consolidated revision round. Required privacy and website information can sit on separate supporting pages using content you approve.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, an outline of your services, logo if you have one, and photos or other content you have permission to use. We arrange the supplied content and help tidy the wording. New branding, extensive copywriting and photography are quoted separately.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name. We can help connect it while preserving your existing email arrangements. New domains, renewals and business email accounts are separate costs, confirmed before you proceed.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. Starter content changes are quoted before work begins. Business includes up to 15 minutes of small text or image edits each month; unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns and functionality are quoted separately. Technical upkeep of the supplied website is included in both packages.
Is this right for an online shop or booking system?
These packages are for straightforward business websites. Online shops, customer accounts, booking systems, payment integrations and other custom functionality need a separate quote. We will tell you before you commit if your project needs a different approach.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The service continues monthly at the agreed rate unless you cancel, with 30 days’ notice after the initial term. Ask us to arrange cancellation or a move. Your domain and supplied content remain yours; after the initial term and settled invoices, we provide the transferable website files on request. Third-party tools retain their own licensing terms.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
We include useful foundations such as page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and a mobile-friendly layout. Search rankings and enquiries are not guaranteed. Ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile work, advertising and content are optional services with their own agreed scope.
How quickly can my website launch?
We agree a realistic delivery date once we have checked your requirements and received your content. You review the website before launch. Delays in receiving content or changes to the brief can affect the date.
