The context
Candy Creations brings imported sweets, drinks and limited-edition products to customers online. The work connects the customer-facing store with the practical demands of running an ecommerce business.
The brief
Present a large and changing catalogue clearly, make ordering straightforward across devices and keep the brand consistent across the shop and its wider digital presence.
The work
- Designed and built the original WooCommerce website, followed by a migration to a Shopify store.
- Created product listings, website content, branded graphics and promotional materials.
- Managed a catalogue of more than 300 products and processed over 5,000 orders within one year.
- Supported customer enquiries, international shipping and the day-to-day work behind the store.
