How can the website be free?
We earn from the managed hosting that keeps your website online. The standard design and build have no separate fee when you take hosting at £19.99/month. The initial term is 12 months (£239.88 total). You do not have to buy any marketing or other extras.
What will my website include?
A professionally designed one-page business website with up to six sections, mobile-friendly styling, a contact form, basic search setup and one consolidated revision round. We help shape the wording from the business information you provide. Hosting includes SSL and technical upkeep.
Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. Answer a few simple questions about your business. You can skip your logo, colour preferences and business story if you are not ready. We handle the design, build and technical setup, and you approve the result before launch.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name and we help connect it, taking care around any existing email. New domain registration and renewals are separate costs agreed first. Business email is optional and separate.
Can you build a shop or a bigger website?
Yes, with a tailored quote. Online stores, booking systems, extra pages and custom features fall outside the free standard build. Choose that option in the brief and tell us what you need; we will explain your options before any commitment.
Will I pay anything when I send my brief?
No. The brief is an enquiry. No card is required and no subscription starts. We confirm the scope, timing, hosting agreement and billing start date with you before you subscribe.
What happens after I send my brief?
Your information goes directly to the DexCloud team. We review it, contact you about the next step and agree the scope and delivery date. You will review your website before it goes live.
Can I change my website or cancel hosting?
We can help with changes and confirm any charge first. Hosting does not include unlimited content edits. After the 12-month initial term, hosting continues monthly until cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Your supplied content and domain remain yours; after the initial term and settled invoices, transferable files are available on request. The full agreement explains early cancellation and any applicable cancellation rights.
