The price and term
Starter costs £19.99 per month with £0 setup, for an initial 12 months (£239.88 total). Business costs £49.99 per month with £0 setup, for an initial 12 months (£599.88 total). Design and build have no separate charge when you take the hosting service. The monthly charge is for hosting and technical upkeep. These are the advertised totals you pay. Domain registration and renewals, email services and optional extras are charged separately with your agreement. Packages are for business use.
What we build
Starter includes one scrolling page with up to six content sections. Business includes up to five standard content pages. Both use a proven layout customised with your branding and supplied content, responsive design, a contact form, page titles and descriptions, sitemap, hosting and SSL. Supporting privacy or website information pages can use content you supply and approve. We include one consolidated revision round before launch.
Your content and approval
You provide accurate business information, your logo if available, text and images you have permission to use. We help arrange and tidy supplied wording. Substantial copywriting, new branding, photography and legal drafting are separate services. We agree delivery dates after receiving your content and checking the brief. You review and approve the website before launch.
Care and changes
Both packages include technical upkeep of the website we supply. Starter content changes are quoted separately. Business includes up to 15 minutes of small text or image edits each month, with no rollover. Additional work is quoted before it begins. The packages do not include unlimited revisions, a new design each month, 24-hour support or a guaranteed response time.
Separate services
Online shops, bookings, customer accounts, payment systems, custom integrations, ongoing SEO, advertising, extensive content and third-party licences are outside these standard packages. We confirm any additional costs before you commit. Basic search setup does not guarantee rankings, traffic or sales.
Domains and moving your website
Your domain is registered to you and your supplied content remains yours. Existing email arrangements are checked before domain changes. After the initial term and payment of outstanding invoices, you can request the transferable website files. Third-party software, fonts, assets and services remain subject to their own licences. Ongoing hosting from DexCloud ends when the service ends; another host may charge for hosting or migration.
Renewal and cancellation
After the initial 12 months, the service continues monthly at the agreed rate until cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Contact hello@dexcloud.co.uk to discuss cancellation, a move or any service problem. The accepted service agreement will explain early cancellation, payment failures and any applicable cancellation rights before billing begins.

The website forms save your contact details and chosen package so DexCloud can respond. They do not take payment, create an account or start a subscription. We do not add you to a marketing list because you enquire. See our privacy notice.
