What you pay
Hosting is £19.99/month. Choose one optional plan: DexCare £19.99 extra, total £39.98/month; DexGrow £39.99 extra, total £59.98/month; DexScale £74.99 extra, total £94.98/month. Plans replace one another; they do not stack. We bill hosting and your chosen plan as one subscription. These are the total monthly charges, with no setup fee or minimum term. There is no automatic six-month price rise on these plans.
DexCare: small changes, maintenance and SEO help
15 minutes of edits to supplied text or images each month; a monthly website health and maintenance review; email technical support for the covered website; and one focused SEO improvement to one existing page, such as its title, description, heading or internal links. We tell you what work was completed. Hosting technical care continues as part of the base subscription. Major repairs and recovery of pre-existing issues are separately assessed.
DexGrow: more help getting found
30 minutes of content edits each month, maintenance checks and email support, SEO improvements to two existing pages, tracking of five relevant search phrases, one Google Business Profile update for one eligible location, review-request guidance and one plain-English monthly search and enquiry update. The SEO work is additional to the content-editing allowance.
DexScale: website, SEO and social posts
All DexGrow work, plus four static branded social posts with captions each month. We prepare a simple monthly schedule, send content for your approval and schedule the approved posts on one Facebook business Page or one Instagram business account. One consolidated revision round is included. You provide accurate business facts and photos or other assets you are authorised to use. This includes small recurring graphic-design work for those posts, not unlimited design, a new logo or a full brand identity. Daily comment or inbox management, video, filming, reels, paid advertising and ad spend are separate.
How work is delivered
Extra services begin after the first successful payment for the selected plan. We contact you to agree priorities and obtain the necessary access. Requests can be sent by email or through your client workspace. Editing allowances are total working time per paid month, do not roll over and cover changes to existing text, images, prices, opening hours and contact details. SEO may revisit an existing page where useful. New pages, functionality and full rewrites are separately agreed. We quote before doing work beyond your plan.
Google profile work needs an eligible, verified location and access from you. Social scheduling needs an eligible connected business account and timely approval. We do not publish unapproved content. We agree a revised schedule if information, access or approval is delayed. Search reports use available data; rankings, enquiry volumes and sales cannot be guaranteed. If we cannot deliver an included service, we discuss a remedy with you.
Secure checkout and your trial
Existing customers use Manage hosting to change their existing subscription. New customers select a plan in their website brief and complete Stripe checkout. The 10-day website trial starts at signup, £0 is due today and card details are required. Your selected total becomes due when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Choosing a new plan during a trial keeps the original trial end date. The extra services begin after payment.
Changing or cancelling
Stripe shows the selected total and any proportional payment before confirmation. Paid upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancel renewal anytime without a minimum term, notice period or cancellation fee. To stop the extra services and keep your website online, downgrade to £19.99 hosting. Cancelling the whole subscription ends hosting after the current paid or trial period. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund unused time; applicable legal rights are unaffected.
Separate work and services
Domains, business email, paid software, ad spend, migrations, major malware cleanup, emergency recovery and custom development are separate and agreed before purchase. These plans do not include 24-hour support or an emergency response guarantee. Websites hosted elsewhere need a compatibility review before purchase.
